See the Actual State
See the real condition of projects and assets through an interactive 3D Digital Twin—rather than merely reading reports.
Transforming fragmented project and asset data into shared managerial understanding — enabling executives to see the real state, prioritize what truly matters, and decide with clarity.
In EPC, energy, and manufacturing portfolios, X4I supports executive control during high-risk execution windows by improving decision speed and cross-functional alignment.
Large oil and gas programs often face long commissioning windows. X4I links platforms and pipeline systems into one management view to prioritize delays and coordinate multi-party execution.
Petrochemical and chemical complexes operate under tight safety and margin constraints. X4I connects critical units into a unified view for earlier risk identification and coordinated action.
Steel operations run complex, energy-intensive lines. X4I connects furnaces, rolling assets, and utility dependencies to support throughput, reliability, and energy performance decisions.
A team of specialists in engineering, data science, and technology, dedicated to transforming complex industrial data into actionable insights.
X4I aggregates and structures project and asset-related data, presenting them through an interactive, analytical 3D Digital Twin.
See the real condition of projects and assets through an interactive 3D Digital Twin—rather than merely reading reports.
Identify execution priorities based on the real impact of decisions, not pressure or subjective judgment.
Make informed strategic decisions without entering complex operational systems like ERP, P6, or EAM.
BI provides numbers, but does not understand space or context
Digital Twins show shape, but lack meaning and decision logic
Data is abundant, but not understandable
People have information, but not shared understanding.
Each of these losses can cost billions of dollars and affect the growth of the organization.
Billions of rials in execution flow without recovery
40% of meetings spent gathering information
Everyone defending their position, not deciding
One resignation = High risk for entire project
When seen, fixing is very expensive
Stuck in difficult questions without answers
Indifference in resource and effort allocation
20-30% of budget spent fixing mistakes
Less expectation for future projects
Lack of unified view for clear presentation
X4I structures assets in a clear hierarchy — the backbone for visualization, risk mapping, and impact analysis.

X4I consumes data from your existing platforms — it does not replace them, it translates them.
X4I is a management-level decision support platform designed for large-scale EPC projects. It transforms fragmented project data into a shared managerial understanding.
Traditional EAM manages the "what" and "when." X4I supports the "why" and "where"— closing the gap betweentechnical asset management and executive decision-making.
Reality, not perception
All in one live model
Single source of truth
Decisions in 15 min, not 90
Live & automated data
Decide, don't debate
Billions unfrozen
Power in your hands
they see the big picture
they understand real priorities
technical logic is preserved
the situation is clear
BI is the analytical brain
Digital Twin is the visual eye
Data is raw reality
X4I doesn't just connect these three;
it gives them meaning.
X4I is implemented with controlled delivery phases; each phase produces usable output and client can decide to continue or stop.
Data and map collection, precise 3D site modeling, logical zoning, asset structure definition, and model preparation for data connection.
Structuring data, connecting to Zones and equipment, creating managerial filters, and producing analytical reports/dashboards for decision-makers.
Creating unique identifiers for selected equipment, connecting documents and records to 3D model, and displaying equipment status on Twin for Commissioning and O&M foundation.
Standardizing reports, connecting reports to zones and equipment, producing presentation-ready managerial outputs, and reducing meeting time with concise, defensible reports.
X4I gives you a unified, three-dimensional, and managerial view of your project; it aggregates dispersed data, makes risks visible, and accelerates and documents decision-making — without requiring changes to existing infrastructure.
No. X4I is not a replacement for systems like ERP, P6, or SCADA. This platform operates as a managerial decision layer on top of existing data and transforms them into an analytical and comprehensible view for managers. Not a heavy IT project and not requiring replacement of current systems.
No. X4I operates without making changes to existing systems. Data as it exists in systems like P6, Synchro, EAM, or SCADA are received and displayed in the form of a unified managerial view. The only prerequisite is access to data and basic project maps.
The execution timeline varies by project scale. X4I is delivered in 6 structured phases. The first phase (Basic Digital Twin) typically takes 2 to 3 months, and each phase ends with a clear continue/stop decision.
In many EPC projects, most risk is formed in the final 10% of the project. Late decisions and costly passage through startup bottlenecks can create heavy costs. X4I by creating a unified view and converting dispersed data into actionable insights helps managers decide before a problem turns into a crisis and minimize delays.
Included: Interactive 3D project model, Management filters and decision-focused analysis, Dashboards and presentable reports, Connection to existing data, No need to change existing systems. Not included: Implementation of ERP, EAM or CMMS, Direct operational connection IIoT or SCADA, Development of custom predictive algorithms, Generation of new engineering maps. These capabilities can be added in future development phases if needed.
The owner appoints a technical representative and provides access to existing documents, maps, and data. The X4I team structures and makes data meaningful, delivering the managerial 3D model. If needed, project contractors can also collaborate in providing basic data. All responsibilities, timelines, and commitments will be defined transparently in the contract and trackable.
The process begins with an introductory meeting to properly understand the problem and main bottlenecks of the project. Then a short 4 to 6 week pilot is executed on a real critical point. The result of this pilot will be the basis for decision on full project execution.
X4I reduces your risk. Reduces delays. Makes decisions faster. Start controlled short pilot today.
